ORCS or Counselors in Training are former campers (age 14 - 17), who sign up for the CIT program at Riverlea, LLC (DBA Camp Riverlea) for one, two or three summer sessions. Our CIT program is designed for teens who want to build leadership skills while learning what it takes to be a great counselor. They are encouraged to work together and learn skills needed to be positive role models in our camp and in the community. The potential CIT is an individual who is energetic, motivated and keeps a positive attitude. This program includes training, shadowing, assistance and participation in camp activities, rotation of duties, and performance evaluation. |
